ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute between the parties.

2.The grievance of the petitioner is that there is a civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. Based on the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent interfering with the petitioner's civil right and also harassing him.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that based on the complaint given by the third respondent, enquiry has been conducted by the second respondent and the enquiry reveals that there is a civil dispute is pending between https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11241 of 2019 the parties. Hence, the complaint lodged by the third respondent has been closed with a direction to the parties to approach the civil Court.

4.It appears that since the complaint lodged by the third respondent has been closed, no further adjudication is necessary in this petition. Hence, this criminal original petition is closed.
