Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 2.By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3.According to the petitioner, he filed an application before the second respondent for granting of house site patta on 16.10.2015. But the second respondent did not take any action so far. Hence, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Since the petitioner's application is pending for a long time, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 16.10.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
