Considering the nature of relief to be granted, issuance of notice to the fourth respondent is dispensed with. 2.The petitioner had made some allegations against the fourth respondent. The Inspecter of Panchayat had taken note of the same and enquiry was ordered to be conducted by the second respondent. The second respondent had also issued notice on 04.04.2022 proposing to hold the enquiry on 22.04.2022. The petitioner appeared on the said date and furnished the relevant documents. His grievance is that nothing further had taken place thereafter.
