ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Ms. P. Suriya, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Ms. R. Sivakumar, Government Advocate for the Ist Respondent and Mr. K. Appadurai Advocate for the IInd Respondent(s), this Court made the following order: These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.A(MD)Nos.411 & 412 of 2023, dated 02.06.2023.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.
