This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family member as against the third respondent as per the petitioner's representation dated 28.10.2020. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondents, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent police conducted an enquiry in C.S.R.No.317 of 2020 and the same was closed on 26.08.2020.
