Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.KAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14906 of 2021 on 28.06.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14906 of 2021 on 28.06.2022 is modified to the effect that the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.9292 of 2022 petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in 15 day i.e., on 1st and 15th day of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders.
