The petitioner has approached this Court that the first respondent has contemplated an enquiry proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 3362/Aa44/2022, dated 06.10.2022, based on his application and the same is pending without any progress for the past eight months. 2.Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 on instructions submits that the enquiry has already been completed and order is yet to be passed.

and orders would be passed soon, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
