Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to sanction the IGNOPAS pension for the petitioner No.13087 for the month of October 2021 to January 2022 and to return Rs.16,000/- taken back from Indian bank account of petitioner by the 3rd respondent on 25.11.2021 and direct the 2nd and 3rd respondent to take action against the 5th respondent for her negligent work and fix a time frame by this Court. ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and 5. 2.The petitioner was granted pension under the petition mentioned scheme. A sum of Rs.1,000/- was being remitted in her account. Since last October, the petitioner was not getting any pension. Following her complaint to the Hon'ble Chief Minister Cell, payment of pension amount has been resumed. The petitioner is particularly aggrieved by the fact that a sum of Rs.16,000/- was debited from her bank account by the third respondent. She was not also paid pension for the period from October 2021 to January 2022. 2/4
The amount payable to the petitioner thus comes to Rs.20,000/-. The respondents 1 to 3 are directed to credit a sum of Rs.20,000/- in the bank account of the writ petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
