PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.144 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner is facing charges under Sections 366, 376 and 506(i) IPC r/w Section 5(l), 5(n), 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in Crime No.144 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) for the respondent would submit that the final report has been filed before the Special Court, Tirunelveli on 04.08.2022, but it has not been taken on file so far.

3.In view of the above, the petitioner has to approach the concerned Court, since the earlier application that has been filed by this petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) N.12757 of 2022 was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 21.07.2022 finding that the victim girl is aged about 16.
