O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to consider the representation dated 28.10.2021 and conduct the survey in the land in Survey No.64/1B, Kommadikottai Village, Sathankulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents and the learned counsel for the third respondent.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation to the official respondents dated 28.10.2021 for conducting survey in the land in Survey No.64/1B, Kommadikottai Village, Sathankulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District. Since no action has been taken on the said representation, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the official respondents, submits that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner has again filed WP(MD) No.12399/2025 seeking survey of the very same land and orders were passed in the said writ petition. 2/4

5. Considering the said submission, this writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
