ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 IPC r/w. Section 21(1)of Mines and Minerals(Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that when the defacto complainant and other officials were under surveillance the petitioner found to be stealing sand in bullock cart. 3.In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13334 of 2020 etc., batch, dated 03.09.2020 by the Principal Bench of this Court at Madras, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
