O R D E R

Mr.P.Subbaraj, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the first respondent.

2. This Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal, at the time of admission, after dispensing with the notice to the private respondents i.e., second to fourth respondents, as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against them.

3. This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to collect subscription from the petitioner and his members, and to give equal contribution to the petitioner and his members along with the second to fourth respondents and their men in every stage of the Temple Festival in the Sri Senbaga Page No. 2 of 5

Vinayagar Temple, Sri Durai Amman Temple, Sri Karuppasamy Temple and Sri Mariyamman Temple situated at M.Kumarasakkanapuram Village, Vilathikulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent will collect the temple subscription from the petitioner and the members of the petitioner's community and there will be no discrimination between the communities during the temple festival and no special honour will be conferred as per the order dated 01.07.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.11169 of 2024.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent and recording the statement of the first respondent i.e., Inspector of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, Thoothukudi, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent, Inspector of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, to ensure that the subscriptions are collected from all the willing devotees including the petitioner and the members of the petitioner's community and no special honour will be conferred to any individual as was ordered by this Court in W.P.(MD) Page No. 3 of 5

No.11169 of 2024 on 01.07.2024. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
