PRAYER :-For Bail in Crime No.177 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 to A4, who were arrested on 31.08.2021 for the offence under Sections 294(b), 324 and 307 I.P.C, in Crime No.177 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on account of previous motive, on 31.08.2021 at about 08.45 a.m, when the defacto complainant and his sons while loading tiles from his godown, the petitioners came to the occurrence place, assaulted the defacto complainant's son Muneeswaran and his brother's son Perumal with knife and caused injuries. Further, accused nos.1, 2 and 4 have assaulted the defacto complainant, his younger son Maheshwaran and Perumal with wooden logs and caused injured. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocents, they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He would further submit that they are inside the prison from 31.08.2021 and hence, he seeks for grant of bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.14129 of 2021 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police opposed for grant of bail on the ground that the investigation is yet to be completed. He would further submit that accused nos. 1 to 3 are having previous cases. 5.Considering the nature of offence committed by the petitioners and their antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
