ORDER
The order of suspension dated 10.03.2016, under which, the petitioner has been placed under suspension on account of his
alleged involvement in a case registered in Crime No.54 of 2016 under Sections 147, 148, 120(b), 364, 294(b), 307, 506(ii) and Section 302 IPC, is under challenge in this writ petition. 2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the suspension of the petitioner is a prolonged one and seeking revocation of suspension, representation has already been given and that is not considered. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.
3.The copy of the representation alleged to have been submitted by the petitioner, is not enclosed in this writ petition. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to submit a fresh representation to the respondents and prayed that the same may be directed to be considered by the respondents.
4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that it is agreeable for the respondents to consider the representation to be made by the petitioner and to pass orders.
5.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents, seeking revocation of suspension within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the respondents are directed to consider the same and to pass appropriate orders within four weeks thereafter.
