ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of patta. It appears that the case involves UDR correction. That is why, the petition submitted by the petitioner before the third respondent was forwarded to the second respondent. 2.The second respondent is directed to pass an order on the petitioner's representation within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall put the interested persons, if any, on notice before passing final order. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other.
