ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to quash the impugned refusal check slip in 1/4

RFL/Ponnamaravathi /112/2025 dated 29.05.2025 issued by the respondent. 2.The respondent has refused to register stating that the petitioner has not uploaded the pages properly, especially, the stamp papers. The refusal slip states the pages are not numbered properly. The Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted if it is re-uploaded properly, the respondent would register the same.

3.Therefore, the petitioner is directed to re-upload all the papers and the respondent is directed to register the same. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
