ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court for a Writ of Mandamus for issuance of fresh passport to the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's application No.TR 2075015492525 dated 08.05.2025. 2.It is noticed that the petitioner is an accused person in Crime No.14 of 2022, which has been lodged against the petitioner by his wife for the offence under Sections 498(A), 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) IPC. 3.It is informed by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the second respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been electronically filed on 25.06.2025 No.LTN 20220002317C - 202500076, before the Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam and the same is yet to be taken on file. 4.Since the case is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumayam, it is open for the petitioner to approach the concerned Judicial Magistrate for getting appropriate orders.
