Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this court in W.P.(MD).No.12362 of 2019 dated 05.12.2024, has already been complied with by the respondent.

2. The respondent has issued a G.O.(Ms).No.506, Medical and Public Welfare (H) Department dated 18.06.2025. Based on the said Government Order, the respondent shall disburse the monetary benefits, which is a consequential order. Therefore, the objection raised by the petitioner is rejected.
