ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned refusal slip, dated 26.05.2025 issued by the respondent and consequently, to direct the respondent to register the partition deed presented by the petitioners for registration within the time fixed by this Court.

2.The petitioners inherited the property through settlement dated 18-05-2025. Now, the petitioners are intended to divide the property into three shares through a partition deed. The petitioners are getting 12 cents each. The respondent is refusing to register the partition deed. 3.On perusing the schedule of property, it is seen that the petitioners are retaining the said property as Punja land only. On perusing the four boundaries, it is seen that there is no new road and the property is not divided into housing plots. Therefore, the objection of the respondent is erroneous. Hence, the impugned order is quashed and the respondent is directed to register the partition deed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There 2/4

shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
