ORDER

The above civil revision petition is filed as against the order passed in E.P.No.151 of 2019 in L.A.C.O.P.No.5 of 2010 dated 27.04.2023 on the file of the III Additional Sub Court, Madurai.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the petitioner submitted a letter from the Revenue Divisional Officer, Madurai, stating that a cheque for a sum of Rs.6,14,773/- issued in favour of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Madurai, which is the enhanced

compensation amount awarded in L.A.C.O.P.No.05 of 2010 as per the judgement dated 07.10.2019 passed by the learned III Additional Sub Judge, Madurai and the working sheet is also enclosed.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 4 and 6 to 9 also endorsed to that effect stating that the amount has been deposited by the petitioner herein.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in this Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
