Respondents PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in Mu.Mu.No.14431/Na.Vo.Sa(5)/2013, dated 06.2013, and to quash the same and consequently direct the first respondent to refix the Pay Scale (G.P.) and disburse the arrears amount to the petitioner by following the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1147/2013/H1, dated 27.03.2013.
