This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1,Tuticorin District to complete trial as expeditiously as possible in CC.No.45 of 2022. 1/4

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that after taking cognizance the case was taken on file in CC No.45 of 2022 by the learned Magistrate on 09.03.2022 and the case stands posted to 13.09.2022 for appearance of accused for furnishing copies.

3. In view of the same, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi is directed to dispose of the case pending in CC No.45 of 2022 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
