ORDER

[Order of the Court made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] This petition is filed to exempt the petitioners from paying the Court fee of Rs.44985/- in the above appeal. 2.Heard Mr.Thirumurgan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Mr.A.S.Mathiyalagan, learned counsel for the second respondent and Mr.V.Sakthivel, learned counsel for the fourth respondent. Despite service of notice on the respondents 1 and 3 and printing their name in the cause list, there is no representation for them.

3.The application of the petitioner is filed on the ground that the petitioners are unable to mobilize money, which is required for them to pay the Court fees. It is admitted that the petitioners were permitted to withdraw 50% of the award 1/3

amount. Since the petitioners have substantial amount, this Court finds no merit in this petition. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
