This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to conduct Kabadi Tournament from 09.08.2019 at about 08.00 p.m., to 11.08.2019 at about 11.30 p.m., at Mariamman Kovil Ground, Kovandakurichi Village, Lalgudi Taluk, Trichy District.

The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct Kabadi Tournament from 09.08.2019 at about 08.00 p.m., to 11.08.2019 at about 11.30 p.m., in the above said ground, the petitioner made a representation on 02.08.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
