Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No. A4/1951/2016 dated 10.08.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to initiate appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner dated 30.05.2016.

2. This writ petition has come up for admission today. We

have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondents 1 and 2 .

3. A perusal of the proceedings under challenge would go to show that it is nothing but an information. It is neither an order nor a direction. Therefore, the same cannot be questioned before this Court under the writ jurisdiction. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
