ORDER

Seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to issue police clearance certificate to the petitioner pertaining to visa application in Reference No.MD 1085013015426 on the file of the 4th respondent by considering petitioner's representation dated 08.03.2026, this writ petition is filed.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) promptly submitted that criminal case in Crime No.266 of 2022 is pending against the petitioner and the investigation culminated in filing a final report.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(crl.side), the petitioner is directed to deal with the criminal case in a manner known to law and thereafter, seek for police clearance certificate. The respondent police is directed to rectify the defects in the final report and represent the same forthwith before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.
