ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners /accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 143, 294(b), 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, in Cr.No.225 of 2024, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police and the learned counsel for the intervenor.

3. Even though the learned counsel for the petitioners pleads that it is only a sale transaction and there is no material, the bank statement which is produced on behalf of the intervener reveals that the seller has paid money to the purchasers. In reply, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there are more transactions 2/3

between the defacto complainant and the accused. If that be so, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
