Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner does not want the local body to put up any water tank in front of her patta land. The petitioner has set out the reasons as to why the respondent has to consider the petition-mentioned representation.

3. The respondent is directed to dispose of the same and pass appropriate order. Till such order is passed, no water tank shall be put up. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
