ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused Rank not known, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 379 of I.P.C. r/w 34 of I.P.C, in Crime No.103 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 01.06.2023 while the defacto complainant along with her son and daughter-in-law worshipping the God, her 5 sovereigns gold jewel has been stolen by some unknown persons. Hence, the complaint.

3.The earlier application filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail in this case has been dismissed on the ground that series of allegation has been made against the petitioner. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is doing flower vending business, at Dindigul, at the time of the occurrence not available in that place. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

5.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that so far the above said jewel has not been recovered. As per the confession of the co-accused the above said jewel is in the custody of this petitioner.

6.Considering the fact that it is series of chain snatching, in the temple festival, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. There is no change of circumstances.

7.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
