Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARPUTHARAJ A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9135 of 2023 dated 18.05.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seek time to produce sureties, since the petitioners are unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

3.
