ORDER
The petitioner is having a dispute with her adjacent land owner and therefore, she lodged a complaint as if the fencing, put up by her, was damaged by one Saravanan and others. The complaint of the petitioner dated 12.06.2025 was treated as petition enquiry by the respondent Police in CSR No.414 of 2025. The petitioner, with a grievance that the respondent Police has not acted upon her complaint dated 12.06.2025, has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent Police.
2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), based on the written instructions, submits that the complaint of the petitioner was treated as petition enquiry in CSR No.414 of 2025 dated 12.06.2025 and they have enquired the opposite party and found that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature and therefore, they have closed the complaint, advising the petitioner to workout her remedy before the Revenue 2/5
Divisional Officer for conducting survey and to fix the boundaries.
3. Considering the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report in CSR No.414 of 2025 dated 12.06.2025 to the petitioner enabling her to workout her remedy in the manner known to law. 27.06.2025 Index : Yes / No.
