The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to ensure the petitioner's life and to protect the property bearing Natham Manai Allotment vide Thoraya Patta No.1268 comprise in Old Natham https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

S.No.351/1-A part and Old Natham Survey No.351/23 situated at K.Kamtchipuram, Mottanuthu Village, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, it would be suffice to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2016. 4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going to the merits of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.09.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No Costs.
