Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating with the auction Notification dated 31.10.16 in Na.Ka.No.581/A/2016, issued by the respondent and quash the same as arbitrary and illegal and against the order of this Court made in W.P.No.6167 of 2015, dated 22.09.2015, so far it relates with the fishing lease auction to the Meenakshiamman Kanmoi, Bodinayakkanur, shown as serial No.3 in its annexure and in consequence to forebear him from conducting fishing auction in Meenakshiamman Peria Kanmoi, situated at B.Ammapatti in Bodi Taluk in Theni District, till the disposal of the petitioner's representation dated 17.10.2016.
