This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission to conduct dance and Song programme on 14.08.2019 from 07.00 pm to 10.30pm in nearby Sri Muthumariyamman Temple, Angappan Kottam, Kutlampatti Post, Katchaikatti Village, Vadipatti Taluk, Madurai District, by considering the representation dated 31.07.2019.

2. Heard both sides.

The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the Cultural Programme on 14.08.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 31.07.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith, by imposing necessary conditions.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
