W.P(MD)NO.17160 of 2021 by the second respondent, dated 09.09.2021, under Section 6 of the 'Act'.

2.Recording the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

No costs. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the impugned order, dated 09.09.2021, by filing an appeal under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act,1905. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
