Pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.6638 of 2023 by the order dated 11.04.2023 to appear the petitioner shall stay at Aundipatti and report before the Aundipatti Police Station daily at 10.30am and 5.30pm., for a period of two weeks and thereafter before the Respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and investigation is still pending.
4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP(MD)No.7920 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6638 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in fifteen days, ie., on the first and fifteenth working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
