ORDER

The writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 02.11.2016 and consequently to issue individual patta for his property situated in Sy.No.235/1E4 as per Sub Division Sy.No.235/5, situated at Vandhavasi Village, Sivagangai District, within the stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

According to the petitioner, he purchased a property to an extent of 25 cents in Sy.No.235/1E4, situate at Vanthavasi Village, Sivagangai District. On 28.03.2016, he has applied before the second respondent, through on-line, seeking subdivision and issuance of separate patta. Thereafter, on 02.11.2016, the petitioner sent a representation to the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent. Sofar, no order has been passed. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, who would submit that the petitioner's representation will be considered within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.Without going into the merits of the case, since the petitioner's application is pending with the second respondent, the second respondent/Tahsildar, Sivagangai Taluk, Sivagangai District is directed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 02.11.2016 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
