ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 IPC r/w. Section 21(1), 21(2) of Mines and Minerals(Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on the secret information, on 04.10.2020, the respondent police conducted a ride near Kudimiyanmalai Visikalam river, at that time, the two vehicle on JCB and tippers were illegally tries to transport the river sand without any proper permission from the concerned authority. 3.In view of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.13334 of 2020 etc., batch, dated 03.09.2020 by the Principal Bench of this Court at Madras, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
