This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission and protection to conduct Adal Padal Programme on 23.08.2019 at 07.00 pm to 11.00 pm in connection with the festival of Sri Krishna Jayanthi Vizha at P.Puthur Village, Parthibanur Post, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the Cultural Programme viz., Adal Padal on 23.08.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 29.07.2019 to the second respondent and the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.17600 of 2019 representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith, by imposing necessary conditions.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
