ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 07.03.2016 and to direct the second respondent to withhold the confirmation of selected candidates for the post of cook following the interview, dated 12.02.2016 and consequently, follow the procedure as per the Rule.

2.However, today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the authorities concerned for consideration of his claim, for which, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no serious objection.

3.Granting such liberty, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
