RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time prescribed in the order passed by this Honble Court in Crl.M.P.(md) No.3644 of 2019 in CRL.OP(MD) No.4198 of 2019 dated 16.04.2019 for enabling the petitioners to comply the condition set forth in the same.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SURESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Government Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.4198 of 2019 on 16.04.2019. This is the second extension petition, hence this Court is of the view that the petitioner shall be directed to pay a sum of Rs.2000/-(Rupees Two thousand only) as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund for entertaining this petition.

2. Hence the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two thousand only) as costs to the Hon'ble Chief Justice relief fund on or before 21.08.2019.
