CMP(MD) No.6961 of 2022 This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to permit the petitioners to withdraw the deposited amount by the respondent/appellant into the credit of M.C.O.P.No.95 of 2015 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/Additional District Judge, Ramanathapuram.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on records.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant permission.
