ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition, seeking a direction to the third respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner with respect of property comprised in Survey No.279/5G having area of 14 cents at Puthu Chukkampatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 17.02.2018.

2. Mr.M.Pandiarajan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.17707 of 2020 request has already been rejected by the third respondent on 31.05.2018 and he also produced a copy of the said rejection order. Hence, no further order is required.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. If the petitioner has got any grievance, it is open to her to challenge the same before the appropriate forum since the remedy does not lie before this Court. No costs.
