PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent police, not to interfere into the civil dispute under the guise of enquiry without due process of law on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 17.09.2021.

ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute.

2.It appears that because of the civil dispute between the parties, a suit in O.S.No.652 of 2012 was filed by the private respondents herein before the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Madurai and that came to be dismissed for default on 24.04.2019.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14194 of 2021 3.Now, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in respect of the dismissal of the aforesaid suit, the private respondents gave a complaint, based upon which, the petitioner is harassing.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that so far no complaint has been received against this petitioner by the 2nd respondent. The petitioner gave a representation through online, but it has not been received so far.

5.Since no complaint has been given or no enquiry is pending against this petitioner, the question of harassment at the hands of the 2nd respondent may not arise. However, if any trouble arises in future, she is at liberty to workout her remedy appropriately. 6.With the aforesaid liberty, this petition stands disposed of.
