Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to include the petitioner's name and her sister, Valarmathi's name in the Patta No. 273, 280, 1869 and 2222 situated at Ayyalur Town Panchayat, Dindigul District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.06.2024 within the period stipulated by this Court.

2.The petitioner wants her name to be included as joint pattadhar. 3.The third respondent is directed to enquire into the petitioner's application and dispose it on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The third respondent will put all the interested persons including the private respondents herein on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other. 2/4
