COMMON PRAYER: Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records connected with the detention order of the 2nd respondent in H.S. 1/4

(M)Confdl.Nos.116, 115 and 117 of 2022, dated 15.06.2022 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenus, namely, Karthick, S/o.Thirumalai, aged about 21 years, Mohanasabarinath alias Sabari, S/o.Ramesh, aged about 21 years and Uthaya Moorthy @ Moorthy, S/o.Palavesam, aged about 19 years, now detained at Central Prison, Palayamkottai before this Court and set them at liberty forthwith.

Therefore, one year detention period is over. Hence, these Habeas Corpus Petitions have become infructuous. 2.The said position is not controverted by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
