The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the Petitioner's property in S.No.1462/4B, Sivalarkulam, Alangulam Taluk, Tenkasi District bearing Patta No.2097 by considering his application , dated 25.3.2025 2.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.According to the Petitioner, she purchased the subject property under registered sale deed, dated 25.6.2015 and patta for the said property stands in her name in Patta No.2097. She submitted an online application in Application NO.2025/N123/34/004634 seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered till date. Hence the Petitioner has come before this Court with the present Writ Petition 2/5

for the relief stated supra.

4.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that online application submitted by the Petitioner will be considered in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online application submitted by the Petitioner on 25.3.2025 and pass orders on its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
