O R D E R

This Writ of Mandamus has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.09.2016 followed by the subsequent representation dated 21.10.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3.The petitioner has submitted two representations, seeking transfer of her name (S.Parvathi Election ID No.TN35/212/0081462) from North Kuruvikulam and to include the name in Aathipatti Village electoral list. As the representations are not considered, this Writ petition has been filed.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that the representation would be considered and orders will be passed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.Accordingly, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.10.2016 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The Writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
