[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Ms.P.Kalaiyarasi Bharathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2.By consent on either side, this Writ Petition is taken up for final hearing.

3.The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd Respondent to issue Hindu Kattunayakkan Schedule Tribe Community Certificate to the Petitioner and his brother V.Sudhakar in the light of the 1st Respondent's proceedings in Na.Ka.G4/14388/2018 dated 04.07.2018 within a time frame.

4.The petitioner's case is that based upon the Community Certificate issued in favour of the petitioner's sister and her children, the application filed by the petitioner has been processed and an enquiry is to be conducted tomorrow (20.09.2019) by the second respondent.

5.The grievance of the petitioner is that on the earlier occasion the second respondent rejected the petitioner's application and appeal was filed before the District Collector, in which certain orders were passed and the matter has been forwarded to the second respondent.

6.In view of the above, we direct the petitioner to participate in the enquiry and after conclusion of the enquiry in full, the competent authority shall take note of the order passed by the District Collector and pass appropriate orders within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
