This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to grant permission for the celebration of the Adai Festival in connection with the temple namely Arulmighu Vadapathirakaliamman Thirukovil at Pillaiyarkulam, Thiruvengadam Taluk, Tirunelveli District on 13.8.2019 to 14.8.2019 and 20.8.2019 (Kiramiya Kalai Nigaltchi on 13.8.2019 Innisai Katcheri on 14.8.2019 and Innisai Katcheri on 20.8.2019 respectively) up to 12.00pm. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that already order has been passed granting permission to the petitioner to conduct Adal Padal Programme.

3. In the above circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
